กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริงนอกห้องเรียน รวมถึงได้สัมผัสกับแนวทางการทำงานและการดำเนินงานของภาคเอกชน ตลอดจนเรียนรู้กระบวนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และนวัตกรรมที่สามารถนำองค์ความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์และกายวิภาคศาสตร์มาประยุกต์ใช้และต่อยอดสู่ภาคอุตสาหกรรม

การเรียนรู้จากสถานประกอบการจริงนับเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการเปิดมุมมองให้นักศึกษาได้เห็นความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างองค์ความรู้ที่ได้รับจากการศึกษาและการวิจัยกับการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในภาคเอกชน ตลอดจนช่วยส่งเสริมทักษะในการคิด วิเคราะห์ และมองหาแนวทางในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมจากองค์ความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์

การสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างภาคการศึกษาและภาคเอกชนยังช่วยเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้ถึงแนวทางการประกอบอาชีพและการประยุกต์ใช้องค์ความรู้ในสถานการณ์จริง ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาให้มีทั้งความรู้ทางวิชาการ ทักษะการวิจัย และความสามารถในการนำองค์ความรู้ไปสร้างคุณค่าและประโยชน์ต่อสังคมและภาคอุตสาหกรรม
