1. Ultrastructure and cytochemistry of lymphoid and hematopoietic tissues.
2. Ultrastructure of the kidney in normal and pathological states
3. Pharmacological and nutraceutical benefits of extracts from the sea cucumber,Holothuria scabra.
4. Stem cell , cancer biology,endometriosis.
- Reproductive Biology :
1. Spermatogenesis in normal and vitamin-A-deficient states.
2. Structure of chromatin and basic nuclear proteins in mammalian male germ cells.
3. Structure and biochemistry of mammalian eggs and embryonic development.
4. Reproductive biology and culturing of frogs.
5. Selection, cultivation and reproductive biology of economically-important aquatic mollusks and crustaceans.
6. Development of aquaculture system for the sea cucumber, Holothuria scabra, and the application of reproductive hormones to enhance its productivity.

1. Ultrastructure, biochemistry, immunochemistry of the tegument, and characterization of antigens characterization of antigens with immunodiagnostic and vaccine potentials in schistosomes, opisthorchis, fasciola and filaria.
